The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting contractors to apply for pre-qualification for the Nominated Sub-contract for Soft Landscape Works for Project KC-008(A) at Chun Tin Street/Sung Chi Street, Kowloon City.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed pre-qualification form (“PQ Form”) (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Nominated Sub-contract for Soft Landscape Works for Project KC-008(A) at Chun Tin Street/Sung Chi Street, Kowloon City” and addressed to our consultant, AECOM Cost Consulting (Hong Kong) Limited, at 18/F, Tower 2, Grand Central Plaza, 138 Shatin Rural Committee Road, Shatin, New Territories, attention to Ms. Destiny Lun and email to destiny.lun@aecom.com at or before 12:00 noon on 14 October 2024 (Monday). Late submissions will not be considered.
